How we work
An independent model and talent agency. We scout, develop and represent faces for fashion, beauty, editorial and moving image, and we stay with them for the whole career.

Development
New faces get a year of tests, walking lessons and quiet editorials before the big jobs. We build a book that tells one story, and we pace it so nobody burns out at twenty.

Casting
Brands and studios come to us for a face, not a headcount. We cast from our own board and from trusted partner agencies, and send a short, honest shortlist within a day.
